PUCUSANA CRAFTS

With the object of increasing tourism in Pucusana own crafts will be created based on recycled paper that is done in the “Craft Workshop Pucusana”. Here we work primarily with recycler paper. They are made baskets, paintings, chandeliers, sculptures, and works of art like the famous “Nymphs of Pucusana” which are sculptures of swimmers weight gain.

The work of the workshop has gained prominence in fairs, exhibitions and media because of its originality and beauty, and alternative to eradicate poverty in district. The artisans are mothers who are part of the home to help support the family economy and young students.
